Through the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School, Chevrolet is organizing a program aimed at enhancing the driving experience of the latest Corvette Stingray. While the standard rate of the program is $2,500, the 2014 Corvette Stingray owners are required to pay just $1,000.
While the attendees have to manage their own travel and accommodation expenses, only one person per vehicle can enjoy the $1,500 discount, however, the owners do not necessarily have to take their cars to the program. Drivers of all skill levels can benefit from this program as the curriculum has been devised by none other than Ron Fellows, the legendary Corvette racer.
Tim Mahoney, the chief marketing officer, global Chevrolet, has expressed that the company has introduced a few technologies including the Active Rev Match and Driver Mode Selector in the Corvette Stingray, helping customers become better and safer drivers. Mahoney believes, the two-day program will go a long way in helping people develop their driving skills and also to let the Corvette Stingray owners understand the vehicle better.
Fellows is delighted to be working as Chevrolet’s partner and promises to do his best to improve the driving capabilities of the company’s customers. The great driver claims that the workshop will be something more than just learning basic driving skills.
