Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine is vehicle testing institute that examine the vehicles according to features under a particular prices and it awarded the stylish 2013 Elantra GT and 2013 Santa Fe Sport as best cars under $20,000. The Santa Fe Sport has won the award as the BEST NEW Crossover in the Midsize and Large Crossovers category and outstanding stylish design, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine test the vehicles in six different price categories and Hyundai Elantra has already won the BEST CAR award in 2011 in the Elantra Sedan design.
The Elantra GT has no econobox but has heated front seats, cooled glove box, seven airbags, extra outlet for plugging in gear, 1.8-liter engine that gets 37 mpg on the highway and Santa Fe Sports has all standard features including reclining rear seats, driver’s knee airbags, the turbocharged 2.0-liter direct-injected engine with sporty features, six-speed transmission and it gets an EPA-estimated 27 mpg on the highway. So after testing in all ways Magazine gave it the BEST CAR award.
