McLaren – The leading brand in Formula One and other major automobile racing, made headlines when it revealed its new sports car 570s at New York International Auto Show.
This new exotic drive belongs to the McLaren “Super Series” and is similar to the 650s, equipped with a carbon fiber chassis and aluminum body making it weigh less than its competitor Porsche 911. The 3.8 liter twin-turbo charged V8 engine producing 562 HP and 443 lb-ft of torque partnered with seven-speed sequential gearbox will give this beast an emphatic top speed of 204 mph.
Talking about the exterior, the 570s adopts the conventional McLaren’s sporty design with side skirts, aero blades and black tinted tail lights giving this vehicle a notorious look. The interior is equipped with leather sport seats, an eight speaker stereo system and a touchscreen which will be standard. However, the company is also offering sport seats and 12 speaker stereo system on customer’s demand.
This new ferocious sports car is a perfect combo of speed and style and is sure to conquer all its competitors. It is expected to release later this year. The price, however, is not officially announced, but reports suggest it will cost roughly around $207,000.
